Dr. Nicole Cheng is a board-certified specialist in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. Her practice is focused on the use of Braces and Invisalign®. She was born and raised in Los Angeles and looks forward to contributing back to her community.
She is a Regular Member of the Edward H. Angle Society and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. These orthodontic institutions are based on the highest standards of clinical skill and knowledge. Members of both these establishments have an ongoing commitment to finishing cases to excellent standards.
Dr. Cheng holds the privilege of being in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society, a unique distinction that represents the top of the dental profession. She is the author of peer-reviewed manuscripts published in Molecular Immunology, AIDS, Journal of Bone and Mineral Research, Journal of the California Dental Association, and the Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Journal. She received the Craniofacial Biology Group Award at the 2008 IADR conference and the Charley Schultz Award at the 2014 American Association of Orthodontists Annual Session.
Dr. Cheng believes in volunteering her time to give back to the local community and her alma mater. She is a part-time clinical faculty at UCLA teaching the orthodontic residents and is an orthodontist on the Cleft Team at Providence Saint John’s Hospital in Santa Monica. She strives to provide the highest level of care and will work closely with you to create a smile you can be proud of. In her spare time, she enjoys being active outdoors with her friends and family hiking, running and biking.
